Kevin heads the Examination department for Prism Title. As a leader for technical and for title clearance matters, he has successfully managed title operations for over 20 years. Prior to joining Prism, Kevin was a founder of Residential Title, where he successfully built the company into one of the industries leading national agents with offices across 15 states. With a tremendous base of knowledge and great leadership skills, Kevin is always ready to go the extra mile for our customers.

Michelle heads the Finance Department managing Escrow Accounts, reconciliation, and disbursements for Prism Title. She has over 23 years of finance experience with large title agencies, mortgage and real estate related companies. While the cornerstone of her experience is accounting, she also has a love for the mortgage and title industry. Michelle is the kind of person you can build a company around.

Kristy is a Senior Examiner with Prism Title. She is an expert working with customers and has 15 years of title examination experience with residential and commercial properties. Kristy has over a decade of experience in various examining and searching positions at Chicago Title, and many years managing construction escrow as a title specialist in their new construction group. Kristy has become a tremendous asset, and is always a “go to” person for our customers and attorneys.

Natasha is the Senior RESPA Coordinator instrumental in the building the high level of customer satisfaction at Prism Title. She oversees all aspects RESPA and HUD preparation. Prior to joining Prism, Natasha held escrow and loan processing positions at Express Title, Argent Mortgage and Chase Bank for over 10 years. She is a principal member of team and recognized for her depth of knowledge and experience.

Dinah focuses on title production as a Senior Title Examiner. She has over 31 years of examination and search experience going back to Ticor Title where she was a searcher for 14 years. Before Prism, Dinah worked for Ticor Title and Global American in various searching and examination roles. Dinah’s experience make her a mentor for those around her in the title department.

With experience as a loan processor and title closing administration, Alma is knowledgeable about the entire loan lifecycle and is an essential asset for our customer centric approach. Prior to joining Prism, Alma worked in a high volume loan origination environments as an opener and a processor for companies such as Integra Mortgage.
